Flame retardant masterbatches with Aflammit® PCO 900 and synergist

Aflammit® PCO 900 is a highly effective ATO-halogen free flame retardant due to its high phosphorous content and its ability to meet the highest international fire testing standards.

Specifically for polyolefins (PP, PE, etc.), and when combined with suitable synergists, the dosage can be significantly reduced and still meet the highest fire protection classifications.

Due to the high effectivity and low loading, the negative effect on mechanical properties, density, and transparency, can be reduced to a minimum.

Preferred applications are polyolefin-based thin articles, such as film and foam, as well as thicker-walled applications like tubes, pipes, profiles, etc. by extrusion and injection moulding.
