It’s official, THOR Brazil is a Great Place To Work!

THOR Brasil Ltda has had a great 2024!

Not only did our colleagues in Barueri, Sao Paulo State, secure the highly sought after occupational health and safety standard, ISO 45,001:2018 earlier this year, but they have also just been awarded the accolade of ‘Great Place To Work^®'!

The Great Place To Work® certification is a two-step process, polling our colleagues about their employee experience, as well as an independent analysis of our business. Their data-driven evaluation has reported back that THOR Brasil Ltda is indeed a ‘Great Place To Work®’, and according to local Managing Director Ridnei Brenna, the annual accreditation is here to stay!

“We have put a lot of time into ensuring THOR Brasil Ltda is an ambitious, supportive and prideful community to be a part of,” says Ridnei.

“We are delighted to gain this recognition from a global organisation like Great Place To Work®, and we plan to maintain the high standards we have already established, by renewing this accreditation every year.”

Last week, the team celebrated receiving their GPTW® Seal, at a chilled-out event space with snacks and drinks! Special recognition was given to Miriam Chaves, Accountant and HR, who led the accreditation project, and was given her own special trophy to mark the achievement.
